Residence Matteotti

The Matteotti residence is an imposing building that dominates the roundabout of Largo Buscaglia 11 in Novara.
The location is very central and convenient because in 5 minutes you are at the station, which is well connected to the Rho and Milan trade fairs and in as many 5 minutes you are in the pedestrian area of the historic center of Novara with renowned restaurants and shops.
The building was completely rebuilt in 2015 and refreshed in 2023 and has 28 comfortable, well-furnished studio apartments with an equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and 2 welcoming two-room attic apartments with a small balcony, all with air conditioning.
The parking lot is small, there aren’t many cars, but our staff will tell you where to park nearby for free, to do your laundry we have equipped an area with washing machines and dryers and for what we can’t do without we have provided super fast wifi and smart TVs in all the apartments. It seems to us that nothing is missing, but if so, tell us because we like to grow and always improve😊
